About This Project

“Photography was number one on my list of wedding organizing. It’s so important to me to have quality photos to help make the memories last on the most important day of your life! It quickly became clear that Daron and Chrissy from Nelson Wedding Photography have what it takes to be amazing photographers with a point of difference.

We knew that we were going to have a rather different location for our wedding and we needed someone with imagination and creativity. Daron and Chrissy clearly make every wedding different depending on the personalities and the locations.

There is no checklist to work through meaning your photos come out as a one of kind, each one looking stunning in its own right!  The groom, as always, was dreading the photos. We decided to do an engagement shoot to use as invites and gifts for families, but to also put Chris at ease about what was to come. Straight away Daron’s directions came out and we were posing like we were born to have wedding photos taken.

Our wedding day flew past like a blur of colour and laughter. We needed someone exactly like Daron and Chrissy to keep an eye on the time and guide us. Any price is always hard to swallow on a wedding day, but these guys are certainly worth every cent!!
I live with absolutely no regrets and would do it all over again in a heartbeat, exactly the same way to every detail. Thank you, Daron and Chrissy, for being such an essential detail to the most amazing day of my life!”
