About This Project

When selecting our wedding photographers and not living in Nelson, good old Google came to our aid for choices in the region. We short listed three Nelson photographers to meet and it is very easy to say that after meeting them all, Nelson Wedding Photography were at the top of the list by a mile. We were welcomed into their home and instantly we were impressed by their passion and enthusiasm and we wanted to have that on our special day. Additionally, our decision was made even easier when we were flicking through photo books of beautiful weddings taken at the Monaco Resort and Gardens of the World.

As we only came up to Nelson twice before the wedding communication was a huge factor in the lead up to the wedding, and it was easy to rely on them responding promptly to us. Daron and Chrissy were both fantastic and patient in answering all our quires by email and gave much appreciated advice and recommendations for other vendors such as hair and make-up.

They work fantastically as a team and on the day put us at ease with their professionalism and sense of humour. On the day we felt nothing but relaxed and all thoroughly enjoyed our location shoot with no shortage of laughter, it was as if Daron and Chrissy were part of the bridal party – it was that much fun to have them there.
